Sending money with Global Currency Brokers is fast, easy & cheap. You can either transfer money online or pay directly to our bank accounts.

At the moment, we serve transfers between UK – UAE (Dubai & Abu Dhabi) – Poland .     

 

Safety

Safety and security of your funds and your data is extremely important to us. We keep funds in designated client accounts, and data and transaction information stay on a secure, encrypted portal with a host of security features.

All registered users have access in login panel to track the money, so you can check anytime what is your progress of your transfer and when it will reach its destination.

 

Step 1 -)  Customers register with us online.

You required to provide contact details and certified proof of ID and proof of address.

Step 2-) Validate customers account.

GCB needs to authorise / validate customer’s account before he can actually log into his account. We check the details and documents are all in order before we authorise customer’s account.

To validate the account we need clear certified copies of proof of identity and proof of address. Customers can either upload these on the website during the registration process or email scanned copies.

Proof of identity: Passport of nationality or British driver's license or provisional driver's license (must be certified by one of the following: bank, post-master, police, lawyer, head teacher, professional person such as a certified accountant or head nurse or a person considered to be a commissioner of oaths)

Proof of Address: Bank Statement, or Payslip (must be certified by one of the following: bank, post-master, police, lawyer, head teacher, professional person such as a certified accountant or head nurse or a person considered to be a commissioner of oaths)

Step 3 -) Login

Customers login to GCB online secure system.

Step 4 -) Fix the rate

Either fix rate by calling our dealers or you can use our secure online system to fix your rate.

FROM UK: When sending money from the UK your funds must be received by us on the SAME day that logs the transaction. The rate is fixed only for the day that customer logged the transaction. If the funds do not arrive on the same day GCB reserves the right to cancel the transaction.

FROM OUTSIDE UK: When sending money from outside the UK the funds must be sent straight away and must clear in the GCB account within a maximum two days. The rate is fixed for a period of two days. If funds do not arrive within two days GCB reserves the right to cancel the transaction.

Step 5 -) Select Beneficiary

Customers can create a new beneficiary, or, if they have sent to the recipient before, simply select their information from previous log-ins.

Step 6 -)Transferring Money & Confirmation

Once have completed logging the transaction online, customers will be emailed a reference pin. This pin is a 4 digit number. This pin is specific to the logged transaction only and changes every transaction. They should use this reference number when depositing the money in GCB bank account.
